Shipping + Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within two business days of being placed. Transit times can vary from 2-5 business days depending on customer location.

At this time we do not ship outside the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do offer exchanges as long as the item is unworn and exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

If your item is used it is not returnable.

We do however always stand by our product’s quality. If there is ever any concern with your product’s quality please contact us at orders@meetvovve.com.

To be eligible for a return the items need to be in brand new, hair free, unaltered, and unwashed. Items need to be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a credit refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Package your unworn item(s) and include the packaging slip. If packaging slip is unavailable please go to your email and print off your original order receipt that includes your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
